Your itinerary
Day 1Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley viewpoint, where you can stop for photos of the breathtaking escarpment. Continue to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for a mid-morning game drive. Check in at your lodge or camp and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, head out for a game drive across the park’s acacia-dotted landscapes in search of rhinos, lions, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, and waterbucks. Visit the lake shore to spot flocks of flamingos, pelicans, and other aquatic birds. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2Day 2: Depart For Nairobi
After an early breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive as the park awakens — a great time to see predators on the hunt and admire the golden hues of sunrise. Visit Baboon Cliff for panoramic views of the lake and surrounding park before checking out and departing for Nairobi. Arrive in the afternoon, marking the end of your memorable safari.
