Itinerary

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your Nairobi hotel or the airport. Drive north through Kenya’s central highlands, crossing the equator into the rugged wilderness of Samburu. Arrive in time for lunch and relax before an afternoon game drive across the red-dust plains, home to the Reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Grevy’s zebra, and the Somali ostrich.

Start the day with an early morning game drive to spot elephants, lions, leopards, and the unique northern species found only in this region. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the Samburu culture during a guided village visit, learning about their traditions, colorful attire, and way of life.

After breakfast, journey to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a leading wildlife sanctuary that shelters both black and white rhinos, chimpanzees, and other endangered species. Enjoy a thrilling game drive and visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary to observe these intelligent primates in their natural habitat.

Drive south through the scenic Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its alkaline waters and flocks of flamingos. This park is also a sanctuary for rhinos and hosts lions, leopards, and diverse birdlife. Enjoy an afternoon game drive before relaxing for the evening.

After breakfast, head west to the spectacular Masai Mara, Kenya’s flagship safari destination. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and set out on your first Mara game drive. The rolling savannahs offer incredible opportunities to spot elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, and the Big Five.

Spend the entire day exploring the wildlife-rich plains of the Masai Mara. Witness nature at its best—from powerful lion prides to the thundering herds of wildebeest during the migration season (July–October). In the afternoon, visit a Maasai village and learn about their rich cultural heritage.

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed drive back to Nairobi with a short wildlife viewing en route. Stop for souvenir shopping in Narok town before continuing to your Nairobi residence or the airport for your departure.
