Itinerary
Arrive in Nairobi, Kenya’s vibrant capital city, where you’ll be met by your safari representative and transferred to your hotel. Take time to relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Depart Nairobi after breakfast and drive to Lake Elementaita, one of the lesser-known jewels of the Rift Valley. Arrive mid-morning for a guided bird walk where you may spot species such as the glossy ibis, black heron, and red-billed teal.
After lunch, continue exploring the lake’s shoreline and acacia woodlands.

After breakfast, travel to Lake Naivasha, a beautiful freshwater lake famed for its abundance of bird species. Over 450 species have been recorded here, including African fish eagles, ospreys, herons, and lily-trotters.
Enjoy guided birding walks and scenic views of Mount Longonot. Optional activities include a boat ride to observe hippos and waterbirds at close range.

The day’s focus is identifying more bird species and photographing the vibrant birdlife along the lake’s shores.
